The Righteous Shall Flourish: Lesson Part 4 (P4) from the Book of Ps 92:12-14 – DIVINE FRAGRANCE II

“The Righteous shall flourish like the Palm Tree: he shall grow like a Cedar in Lebanon.” (Psalms 92:12). That is the Focal Scripture for Today.

It is interesting to observe that apart from being a tree that smells good, the Cedar tree is also used in producing perfumes. The Oil that flows from the Cedar tree is used in making lovely colognes. The corollary is that the pleasant fragrance oil from the Cedar tree helps other people to smell great.

So, when the Righteous Man is likened to the Cedar tree, it simply means that he (the righteous man) not only smells good, but also helps others to smell good. It means the smell of the Cedar tree has the capacity to transform one who doesn’t smell good. The pleasant smell of the righteous is transferable.

Beloved, as you prepare for a radiant reign (filled with signs & wonders) this season, hear God’s Word to you: Your pleasant smell should help others smell better. It should be transferable. Your fragrance isn’t just for you alone, it should impact the next person by your side (including your office mate).

Let the favour you enjoy from God flow into other lives. Let the good smell in you transform your family to smell better. Let the good smell in your marriage help other marriages become better and richer in Christ. Let the good smell in your finances put a smile on someone’s face and the advancement of the Kingdom work!

May you become someone’s solution. May your life be someone’s answered prayer. May someone heave a sigh of relief because you were around. Live selflessly! There is a generation out there waiting for your fragrance, they want to smell good too. Make it happen!

The reason why you will smell good is not just for you alone; it’s also for people around you. Touch a life! Transform a Soul!! Impact a generation!!!

 

Pray with me, “Lord, I declare that my pleasant smell will help other people to smell better and draw souls to the Kingdom in Jesus’ name.” Amen.
